Aesthetics & Wellness close to home
Refined Aesthetics & Wellness was founded with a simple purpose: to bring high-quality, clinical aesthetic and wellness services closer to home. We recognized that many individuals in our community were traveling long distances just to access treatments that help them look, feel, and function at their best.
We are intentionally launching with a focused selection of services, allowing us to prioritize exceptional patient care and clinical excellence. Our initial services include neurotoxins for wrinkle prevention and facial rejuvenation, medically supervised GLP-1 weight management programs, and hormone replacement therapy designed to help patients optimize their health, energy, and quality of life. Our hormone therapy options are individualized for men and women, offering specific therapies to maximize your entire self, including overall sexual wellbeing. Our providers are experienced in addressing the root cause of hormone related imbalances that affect the aspects of your daily life. As we grow, we plan to thoughtfully expand our services based on the needs of our patients and community.

Meet our team
Elise Johnston
PA - C
Elise is a local Physician Assistant who brings a unique combination of traditional and aesthetic medical experience. She has a genuine passion for helping patients feel healthy and confident. A graduate of King’s College accelerated PA program, Elise began her career in a conventional medical setting where she developed a strong foundation in patient care, clinical assessment, and evidence-based medicine.She later expanded her clinical experience to Southwest Florida where she worked in aesthetics and wellness, including neurotoxin injection, functional medicine and HRT. As a member of the RAW team, Elise brings her experience, attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism to every patient interaction. She believes that aesthetic and wellness care should enhance who you are – not change who you are.
Outside of her professional life, Elise enjoys skiing, pickleball, cooking, baking and spending time with her family and friends.
Jerome F. Scarpati
RN, MSN, CRNA
Jerome is passionate about providing safe patient care that makes patients feel comfortable and confident. With over 15 years experience in anesthesia and injections, Jerome is a skilled provider. As part of the RAW team, Jerome brings his clinical expertise, motivation, and approachable personality to every patient interaction. His goal is to help patients feel comfortable throughout their treatment while achieving results that feel natural and true to who they are.
Outside of RAW, Jerome enjoys hunting, taking care of his farm, and spending time with his wife and four children. He enjoys being involved in the Lehighton community and is excited to bring these treatment options closer to home.
Dr. Aaron Blom, DO
Dr. Blom is providing medical oversight for Refined Aesthetics & Wellness. He is located in Chester Springs, PA and collaborates with our providers to maintain the highest standard of care. He is a graduate of University of Pennsylvania, Penn Medicine where he specialized in general surgery and has been practicing medicine for 21 years. As part of the RAW team, Dr. Blom is an asset in providing our community with access to thoughtfully selected aesthetic and wellness services close to home.
