At Refined Aesthetics & Wellness, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unexpected schedule changes happen, and we do our best to accommodate your needs.

To ensure we can offer available appointments to other clients, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notification will result in a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service cost or forfeiture of any pre-paid deposit.

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late for your appointment, your service time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent scheduled clients, while full service fees will still apply.
